Instead of appearing randoms images, could appear the Twitter logo if you vote for a tweet, and when you vote for a user, appear the photo of the Twitter user.

The random image is supposed to appear when there’s a failure of retrieving twitter data( normally it shows the avatar of the tweet author), there was a time when this happened with around 80-90% of tweets( when there were many issues with rate limits), but recently this is happening low under 1%.
But I guess for retrieving data failure for a tweet having the Twitter logo instead of a random picture is much better.
